The Serpent's Lair (Part 2 of 2)

The SG-1 team embarks on a suicide mission to save the Earth from destruction by the Goa'uld. The only way to do that is to destroy the ships the team is now on Ė which also contain the cream of Apophisí forces.

In the Line of Duty

O'Neill and the SG-1 team are on a mission to Nasya, hoping to rescue the survivors of a planet that has been attacked by the Goa'uld. But Carter's body is taken over by a Goa'uld that was hiding in the body of a mortally injured Nasyan. Her fellow team members don't notice the change, but when the team returns to Earth, Carter's young friend Cassandra recognises the Goa'uld immediately. It reveals that it is Jolinar of Malkshur, one of the Tok'Ra Goa'ulds, a rebel group opposed to the system lords, and he has been followed by an assassin.

Prisoners

While exploring a seemingly insignificant planet, the SG-1 team are approached by a ragged figure who pleads for their help. They try to defend him, only to discover that the man is a fleeing murderer, and they are now complicit in his crime. The team is sent through a Stargate to Hadante, a penal world where brute strength and raw power rule.

The Gamekeeper

The SG-1 team travel to P7J989, where they discover a beautiful garden and a dome full of strange metallic chambers, each containing an unconscious person. As the team inspect the chambers, they are trapped and knocked unconscious. They awaken to find they are reliving pivotal moments in their lives in the hope of changing the outcome.

Secrets

Daniel and Teal'c return to Abydos, as it has been a year since Jackson left to fulfill a promise he made to Sha're's father, Kasuf. When they arrive, Daniel learns that his wife, whom he hasn't seen since she was taken by the Goa'uld, is nine months pregnant. The father is Apophis, who plans to use the baby as his new host. Meanwhile, O'Neill and Carter, in Washington DC to receive a medal for bravery, are confronted with disturbing news.

Touchstone

The SG-1 team studies the effects of the "Touchstone" device. This artifact, left by an off-world culture on a planet that was probably terra-formed several thousand years before the current population had been established there, is employed on the planet to control the weather. However, the artifact has been stolen, and SG-1 uncovers a sinister government agenda while returning the device.

When O'Neill looks into an alien viewer he becomes a receptacle for ancient knowledge which could unlock some of life's deepest mysteries. The knowledge leads him to meet the Asgaard in their true form, to learn that they, with the Nox, the Furlings, and the Stargate builders, are the four great races, and he receives a momentous prediction for humanity.

The SG-1 team captures Apophis but soon learns that he is dying, and has pulled Earth into a trap. Even with his final breath, Apophis is determined to bring about the end of his long time enemies.

Jackson is tricked into touching a device that instantly transfers his persona in the body of Machello, an aged enemy of the System Lords who then takes Danielís body on a "holiday" outside the SG base. But Machelloís body, with Danielís mind, is dying, and as an added complication, Tealíc and OíNeill accidentally swap bodies.

One False Step

Sending an exploratory probe to a newly found planet damages a plant-like organism. The SG-1 team arrive to see what went wrong, and find an unsophisticated alien race which shares a symbiotic relationship with the planet, but as that relationship has been put at risk by the damage caused, the aliens appear to be dying.

Due to a routing miscalculation, SG-1 travel in time instead of space, arriving at their own base in 1969. There, they have to brave a world of hippies and pre-micro chip technology to follow instructions from the future Hammond on getting home.

Show and Tell

A rebel faction from a race that is invisible to the human eye have decided they will wipe out all potential Goa'uld hosts. As one of them sympathetic to the humans steals into the SG base to pass on the news via a specially adapted human child, the base is invaded by more of the creatures, and a firefight with the invisible enemy ensues.

Out of Mind (Part 1 of 2)

The year is 2077, or so Hathor would like the SG-1 crew to think. On a secret base, she has captured O'Neill, Carter and Jackson, and attempts to trick them into revealing information about her enemies. Teal'c resigns his SG-1 position to search for his missing team while they are faced with Goa'uld implantation in a cliffhanger ending.
