duration of episodes and whether colour or black and white, eg.

(Commercial channel times are minus advert breaks unless otherwise stated)
followed by season breakdown (where
appropriate)
and UK premiere dates, eg.

(ITV dates are networked, unless stated)
This
is followed, where relevant, or possible, by a guide to every episode transmitted
(and in some cases ones that weren't), in chronological order of transmission
(unless a studio or creator preference is stated), reading downwards through
left- and then right-handed entries. (Where possible, this may differ slightly
from transmission order when episodes are clearly being shown in the wrong order.)
