Keskuse, Kärmu, Lääne-Virumaa.

This building has a detailed history. It dates back to the First Estonian Republic period (1918-1940) but, during the Soviet era in Estonia (1940-1991), it housed a kolkhoz office (as Aaspere Kolkhoz, and later as Viru Kolkhoz).

The red extension to the left (built in the Soviet period) served as a club for parties, later becoming the village cinema. During the Second Estonian period (1991-Present) the main building served as a company office and was fully refurbished. The extension is currently unused, and is in a state of increasing direpair.
